No need to ruffle your feathers! 🦩 If the color you’re dreaming of isn’t perched in our shop, just give us a little squawk (aka send us a message at flamingoandfriends25@gmail.com). If we can flap our wings and make that color happen, we’ll happily do it! At Flamingo & Friends, we believe everyone deserves a shirt in a shade that makes them feel absolutely flamazing.

Every shirt is created just for you—no recycled feathers here! To help ensure the perfect fit, we kindly ask our flamingo friends to check the size chart included in the product descriptions before placing an order. Taking a moment to measure first helps your order land just right. 🦩📏
When will I get my order?
We aim to have your order flapping its wings and ready to ship within a few business days, though turnaround time may vary depending on our current workload. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend reaching out to us before placing your order so we can help plan accordingly. Once your order takes flight, you’ll receive an email with all the tracking details. Shipping speed depends on the option you choose at checkout, and delivery times may vary depending on how far your flamingo has to travel to reach its new nest. 🦩📦

How do I care for my apparel?
To keep your flamingo apparel looking its best, we recommend washing items inside out in cold or lukewarm water and drying on a low heat setting—gentle care keeps those feathers smooth. Garments may be ironed if needed, but please never iron directly over the decoration. Treat it with care, and your flamingo style will stay bright and happy wear after wear. 🦩👕
Can you make custom designs?
Got a design idea that’s ready to spread its wings? We love creating custom designs and bringing special requests to life. Whether it’s a unique graphic, a personalized touch, or something totally outside the flock, we’re happy to help make it happen. Just keep in mind that special requests may take a little longer than our average turnaround time. Where are your products made?
We proudly keep our flamingos close to home whenever possible. Our supplies are sourced from trusted companies in the United States, and each design is carefully applied in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado. While some items may be manufactured in other countries, every piece is finished, decorated, and sent off with care—because even well-traveled flamingos know there’s nothing like a thoughtful hometown touch. 🦩🏔️
What if I have allergies?
Our Flamingo & Friends workshop is, naturally, home to flamingos (the decorative kind)—along with a few beloved furry companions who keep us company while we create your apparel. While every item is made with care and should arrive pet-hair free, we want to take extra precautions for customers with severe animal allergies. We recommend washing your apparel before wearing, just to be safe.
The good news is we don’t use any materials or substances that would affect those with food allergies. After a quick wash, your flamingo style will be fresh, comfortable, and ready to take flight.🦩🐾
